Due to the extensive number of properties currently under management nationwide we are able to source reputable ARLA agents in all locations and to negotiate preferential rates to deal with the initial letting which we overseen in its entirety saving landlord valuable time and effort. Once occupied the day to day property management reverts back to Walker Singleton for the period of the tenancy. Having established a nationwide database of preferred contractors we are able to respond quickly and effectively to any issues reported by tenants helping to minimise costs to landlords and keeping tenants happy resulting in longer tenancy terms and reducing costly void periods. We are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), the national body which regulates the activities of letting agents. We are also full members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and we were one of the first firms of surveyors to achieve ISO9001 Quality Accreditation back in 1994. We are also members of The Tenancy Dispute Scheme for Regulated Agents (TDS) which has been developed to ensure that the deposits we hold are protected and that disputes about their return are resolved swiftly, inexpensively and impartially.
